On a gown – wedding or otherwise – I love a long svelte sleeve and a loose elbow length sleeve. This gorgeous wedding shows off the elbow style to perfection – the length and volume of the bride’s (Stephanie) sleeves is beautifully mimicked by the soft semi-narrow volume of the dress as it flows to the floor to a gentle train. The look is kept from being too loose or too retro by the modern deep V neck and the feminine nipped in waist. I love her style of veil also – long and skinny and pinned underneath her knotted hair. The tiny bouquet of wildflowers is cute too.

Do you have any idea where this dress would be from? I’ve search all over and I am getting married in about a year and I want this dress (or one similar to it) desperately. :/

Hi! The Once Wed website simply states she bought it at Loehmann’s. It was a Michigan wedding. Here is the link to the feature and interview on Once Wed: http://www.oncewed.com/28113/wedding-blog/real-weddings/a-diy-michigan-wedding/
As for similar dresses to be honest I’ve not seen any others like this gorgeous one. Good luck finding your perfect dress!
